After submitting your Mongolia eVisa application, it will go through several stages of processing. Here's what each status means:
Your application has been successfully submitted and payment has been confirmed. This is the initial stage of the process.
Our team is reviewing your application and verifying the documents you've submitted for completeness and accuracy.
Your application is being processed by immigration authorities. This is typically the longest stage of the process.
If there are any issues with your application, you may be asked to provide additional information or documents.
Your eVisa application has been approved. Your eVisa will be emailed to you shortly.
Your application has been rejected. The reason for rejection will be provided, and you may be able to reapply after addressing the issues.
Standard processing typically takes 3-5 business days. Urgent processing is available within 24-48 hours, and Super Urgent processing is available within 24 hours for an additional fee.
Your reference number was sent to the email address you provided during application. Check your inbox and spam folder for an email from evisa-mongolia.com. If you still can't find it, please contact our support team with your full name, passport number, and application date.
If your application is taking longer than the expected processing time, please wait an additional 1-2 business days before contacting us. Processing times can occasionally be extended due to high volume or additional verification requirements. If there's still no update after this period, please contact our support team with your reference number.
This status means that there is an issue with your application that requires clarification or additional documentation. You will receive an email explaining what information is needed. Please respond promptly to avoid delays in processing your application.
Once your application is approved, your eVisa will be sent to the email address you provided during the application process. You should print a copy of your eVisa to present upon arrival in Mongolia, along with your passport.
